The Genesis of Animo Survival

Inspired by the simplicity and charm of classic survival games, "Animo Survival" began as a concept to encapsulate the thrill of survival with an adorable twist. The game revolves around Birdie, a courageous little bird determined to survive in a world where mighty gorillas are on the prowl. The idea was to create a game that is easy to pick up but challenging to master, providing a fun and engaging experience for players of all ages.

Development Journey

Developed in Godot 4.2.1, "Animo Survival has been a labor of love. As a self-taught developer, each step of the development process was a learning opportunity—from mastering the Godot engine to designing engaging gameplay mechanics.
